GTDS has many years experience project managing complex projects on HV distribution and transmission sites and are capable of managing large multiple projects simultaneously from conception through the engineering, construction and commissioning stages to project closeout.

A strong Health & Safety culture is established at the ‘kick off’ with continuous risk assessment and monitoring throughout the project to ensure the correct control measures are put in place and maintained.

GTDS has excellent leadership and communication skills ensuring all stakeholders are involved from the outset of the project and the project team remain motivated and focused throughout the life of the project.
